Job summary

Goodwill of Southern Nevada is seeking a Customer Service Manager to assist the Store Manager in front-end operations to maximize collections, production, sales, salvage, and customer service.

You will lead, train, and evaluate sales associates; maintain merchandising standards; oversee inventories; ensure safety and asset protection; and collaborate with IT for POS updates while supporting daily order fulfillment and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail supervisory experience.
• Proven reliability in meeting attendance expectations.
• Must be able to operate and obtain certification for use of the power stacker.
• Willingness to travel to other Goodwill locations on short notice.
• Working knowledge of retail and computer technology.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes sales performance through rotation, display, signage, and inventory of processed merchandise.
• Directs, supervises, trains, and evaluates all sales associates.
• Participates in interviewing candidates for entry level retail roles.
• Ensures quality customer service is presented in a timely and courteous manner.
• Oversees new goods inventory and replenishing of merchandising Daily.
• Interfaces with POS system and assists IT with updates.
• Completes order fulfillments daily and backs up Production Manager as needed.
• Collects found money and donated jewelry daily; paperwork emailed the same day.
• Ensures store and premises are clean and free of safety hazards.
• Ensures asset protection matters are reported and investigated timely.
• Ensures proper cash handling and submission of required fields.
• Performs other projects or tasks as directed by management.
