Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and help achieve company goals.
• Lead the team to provide superior customer service and sales.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and proactively assist customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and store layout; open and close the store.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews with the Store Manager.
• Ensure weekly price updates and floor merchandising are accurate.
