Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Hardware store knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Manager manages overall store operations and the achievement of company goals and directives.
• Provide positive representation and proactively assist customers throughout the store.
• Lead and train associates; assist with hiring, scheduling, and coaching Head Cashiers and Cashiers.
• Ensure loss prevention, safety and internal audits are conducted and store standards are maintained.
