Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
• Strong math for cash accounting and basic record keeping is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise and processing freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed to keep shelves full.
• Maintain cleanliness across the store, restrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Manage sales transactions and operate the assigned cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets and follow security procedures.
