Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Littleton, Colorado seeks a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, assist customers, and help with merchandising and front-end duties, including cash register tasks.

You will maintain a clean, welcoming environment, lift merchandise up to 50 lbs, collaborate with teammates and leaders, and ensure accurate transactions while upholding safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to front-end duties.
• Support cash register operations and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment, including restrooms and common areas.
• Ensure security of cash and protect company assets.
• Provide professional and friendly customer interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
