Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to help deliver a customer- and product-focused sales culture. This role performs merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization to keep our stores efficient and inviting.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Experience in stock or cashier roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, store for replenishment, and maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised promptly.
• Enter receiving documents and reconcile invoices; handle transfers.
• Process visual materials, signs, and stockroom items promptly.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Assist with floorsets, visual directives, and signage placement.
• Support MAPS customer service principles and a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
