Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. is seeking a Support Associate to help maintain a customer- and product-focused store culture. You will handle merchandise, stock processing, and stockroom organization while supporting a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Responsibilities include merchandise replenishment, accurate receiving, price changes, and visually appealing presentations. The role requires standing for most shifts, strong communication, and flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
• Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
• Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
• Communicate with customers, Associates, and Management; wear / communicate with headset.
• Regular attendance is essential to this position. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Processes merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment for the sales floor, reorganizes merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
• Ensures new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
• Correctly enters all receiving documents into the computer system, reconciles merchandise invoices to items received as applicable.
• Participates in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Assists with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc.
• Supports MAPS principles and standards to provide an omni-channel experience.
• Promotes an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem solving.
