Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Fort Worth, TX store. You will assist with daily store operations, help customers, and support the Store Manager in training and developing store associates.

The role emphasizes maintaining a well-organized sales floor and stockroom, upholding safety standards, and ensuring the era of excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Mansioni

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities and maintain records.
