Dollar Tree Stores INC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help customers, and ensure the sales floor and stockroom run smoothly.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a focus on creating a positive, safe environment and meeting company standards.

Mansioni

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and related communications for store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays for store-fronts.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines and ensure associates follow procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, trash, and overall neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
