Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Michigan LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, handle sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

You’ll contribute to a safe, respectful environment through friendly interactions with customers and team members. Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and maintaining productivity standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; restock merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
