Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives is required
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, and bending

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Help organize merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention activities
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and secure assets
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Follow company policies and procedures
