Qualifications

• Ability to perform accurate math for register and reports.
• Proficient with computers and office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet every customer.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations including daily reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep.
• Support merchandising activities and promote promotions and sales.
• Supervise shifts in the absence of the manager and train new staff.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Help manage store finances, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing a team that meets customer needs.
• Operate point of sale and other store technology to complete transactions and generate reports.
• Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
