Job summary

Break Time in Jefferson City is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, coach a team, and support store finances. You will ensure fast, friendly service and help manage inventory, banking, and loss control.

You will lead shifts in the manager's absence, promote food service and merchandising programs, train new staff, and maintain a safe, clean store that meets all regulatory standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service skills and fast-paced environment adaptability.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Ability to perform basic math for register activities and inventories.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support peak hours.
