Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new items.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, sets alarms, ensures smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service optimization.
• Performs store maintenance and stockroom management.
