Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Support store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Train and develop Store Associates while supervising staff.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and maintaining records (scheduling, payroll, deposits).
• Maintain clean, organized store areas and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve questions or concerns.
