Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Biddeford, Maine to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and support payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention.

The role involves opening/closing, training staff, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior store management experience in retail or grocery.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred in retail/grocery/drug store.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
