Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to callers.
• Relay messages to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Help maintain organized records for production orders, invoices, and shipments, including aftermarket transactions.
• Assist with billing and invoice processing.
• Welcome and assist visitors, notifying the appropriate team members as needed.
