Kimbrell’s Furniture is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, credit functions, and team performance. You will drive operational excellence, coach staff, and deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes accountability, professionalism, and a positive, results-driven store culture, with opportunities for advancement and development opportunities within the company.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience considered.
• Experience supervising retail teams with coaching and performance feedback.
• Background in sales, customer service, and credit/collections processes.
• Ability to manage cash handling, records, and basic financial tasks.
