Job summary

CarMax is hiring a Business Operations Associate at our Centennial store. You will support sales, auctions, and appraisals, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate documentation and cash handling.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. You will process and audit paperwork, manage deals, and assist with financing documents and DMV paperwork, contributing to smooth store

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and record data accurately for compliance and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems with intermediate PC skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication for customer and team interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork processes.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including deal jackets, finance contracts, and DMV documentation.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles and funding documents.
• Handle cash management tasks, including receiving payments and deposits, maintaining security protocols.
• Train and mentor new associates and support store operations across departments.
