Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Store Operations Communications Coordinator to craft and refine messaging for store operations. You will work with the Store Operations Improvement Manager to design clear, impactful communications for field leaders and stores.

Responsibilities include assembling weekly reports, collaborating with stakeholders on policies, and supporting special projects. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented self-starters with strong writing and collaboration skills and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Store and Field Leader communications under direction of the Store Operations Improvement Manager.
• Support Store Operations and home office teams by streamlining and editing communications for clarity.
• Build weekly communications reports and share with internal business partners.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes for policy and procedure and assist with creation/updates.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Assist the Store Operations team in providing stores with engaging messaging and policy to support delivery and execution of business initiatives.
