Responsibilities

Drive efficient and profitable sales while providing a great customer experience through store engineering.
Analyze store layout, processes, merchandise flow, and equipment needs.
Partner with Store Management, Field Executive teams, and Home Office partners.
Identify opportunities within the off-price model and suggest improvements.
Support engineered labor standards to improve payroll efficiency.
Select stores for tests and evaluate program success using statistics.
