Walmart Inc. in North Las Vegas is seeking a store leadership professional to lead and develop teams, manage store operations, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

The role emphasizes teaching, feedback, and collaboration across levels of associates to execute business initiatives and improve store performance. Responsibilities include supervising hourly staff, managing budgets, and implementing action plans to protect profits and shrink, all while promoting

Competenze

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgement of CBC and Firearms Training requirements.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Mansioni

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive store sales and financial performance by reviewing PL/Profit/Loss statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved, promote a culture of belonging, and implement process improvements.
