Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Drives store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales goals.
• Manages customer service initiatives, ensures a high-quality experience, and supports community outreach and EDLP/EDLC initiatives.
• Recruits, trains, mentors, and assigns duties to associates while promoting a sense of belonging and accountability.
