Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports and performance management may be preferred.
• Ability to lead, train, coach and mentor associates to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations to meet sales, budget, shrink and customer service goals.
• Implement and communicate company direction and changes across all levels of associates.
