Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Drives store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensures compliance with policies, Open Door guidance, and promotes belonging in the workplace.
• Coordinates customer service initiatives and inventory/merchandise presentation to achieve sales goals.
