Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Background checks (CBC) and firearms training may be required for certain facilities.
• Associates will attend and complete required trainings (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, teach, listen, provide feedback, and drive store operations.
• Drive store profit by managing budget, forecasting, expenses, and merchandising.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues using the OBW service model.
• Oversee hiring, training and mentoring; promote belonging and ensure policy compliance.
