Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Attainment of training and assessments such as Open Door trainings and Academy trainings.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, actively listening to associates and giving feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, promoting a belonging mindset.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door guidance in executing business processes.
• Coordinates with stakeholders, supports plans, and promotes continuous learning.
