Qualifications

• 2–3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment, manage inventory, coordinate client service activities, and may open and close the store.
• Act as a key holder and support manager on duty when needed.
• Drive sales goals by supporting store operations and guest experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with store leadership on process improvements and efficiency.
