Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager – Store Operations to support daily store functions, customer service, and team development in North Las Vegas.

You will aid in merchandising, operations, and loss prevention while ensuring a safe and friendly shopping environment for customers and staff. The role emphasizes opening/closing duties, staff guidance, and adherence to corporate directives with a focus on maintaining neat, well-stocked floors and compliant cash handling

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and information requests related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping, and loss prevention.
• Maintain well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies, safety guidelines, and ensure staff follow procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, restocked bathrooms, swept/mopped floors, trash removal, neat presentation.
