This part-time, on-site role collaborates with the Store Manager to oversee daily activities, maintain store standards, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, directing associates, scheduling and payroll records, inventory, loss prevention, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical store duties as needed.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
