Qualifications

• 7+ years Retail Management or equivalent Merchandising experience.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Ability to influence strategy across multiple markets without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Align merchandising strategies with Retail priorities across markets.
• Lead in-store engagement programs and new store openings, remodels, relocations.
• Provide overnight support during merchandising resets and updates.
• Visit stores regularly to review merchandising principles with field leaders.
• Lead NSO Merchandising Mentor Program and establish global standards.
