STORE/NIGHT CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction)
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and providing product information.
• Maintain knowledge of products and suggest items to customers, informing them of specials.
• Ensure product quality, check sell-by dates, and take appropriate actions.
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise; provide customers with fresh products ordered.
• Report discrepancies in product ordering/shipping to the manager.
• Maintain a positive attitude and stay current with advertisements and promotions.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure proper storage temperatures and maintain temperature logs.
• Follow safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and notify management.
• Inspect equipment, report repairs needed, and notify management of accidents or safety risks.
• Report illegal activities, including theft or fraud.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
