STORE/NIGHT CLERK (Finance)

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service. Minimum Requirements:
  • Ability to handle stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Retail experience
  • Second language skills (speaking, reading, and/or writing)
Responsibilities include:
  • Promoting trust and respect among associates
  • Creating a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products
  • Maintaining knowledge of products and making suggestions to customers
  • Recommending grocery items and informing customers of specials
  • Checking product quality and freshness, reviewing sell-by dates
  • Labeling, stocking, and inventory management
  • Reporting discrepancies and safety issues
  • Adhering to food safety regulations and temperature logs
  • Practicing safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions
  • Performing preventive maintenance and reporting equipment issues
  • Reporting accidents, safety risks, or illegal activities
  • Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
