You will lead by example on sales, replenishment, and training, driving KPIs and guest loyalty while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Led teams in a retail management role with a focus on merchandising and customer service.
• Strong ability to drive sales through in-store initiatives and floorset execution.
• Proven track record of training and developing teams to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead merchandising and replenishment to ensure AEO Brand Standards and floor execution.
• Motivate and develop the team, provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Recruit and train strong talent to maintain optimal staffing and service levels.
• Maintain store operations and visual standards across all zones, including fitting rooms.
