Job summary

American Eagle / AEO Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader at Streets of Brentwood in California to drive the store's merchandising strategy and coach a high-performing team. You will ensure brand standards, oversee replenishment, and maintain guest-ready floors with engaging visuals.

You will lead by example, train talent, deliver real-time coaching, and partner with leadership to optimize sales and KPI outcomes while upholding AE’s values and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the Merchandising strategy for the store as part of the full-time Merchandising Team Leader role.
• Coach and train the team to deliver AE brand Visual standards and flawless floorset execution.
• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Recruit, hire and develop strong talent while providing ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
• Maintain store operations and visuals, ensure guest-ready status, and uphold store safety and policy adherence.
