Job summary

Marshalls in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a team-oriented associate to support merchandising standards and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will help manage backroom flow, tagging, shelving, and floor replenishment while collaborating with store leadership.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy objects, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and prior retail or leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
