Job summary

Marshalls in Macon, GA is hiring a receiving and merchandising associate to uphold store standards and deliver an excellent customer experience. You’ll help process shipments, tag and stock merchandise, and keep the sales floor organized.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Prior retail and leadership experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to keep flow smooth and accurate.
• Delivers an excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Orchestrates truck deliveries and prioritizes processing onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked on the floor.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment processes.
• Ensures adherence to safety, policies, and procedures.
