Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted.
• Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Helps oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and deliver customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes the market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Ensures the execution of the Inventory Integrity process.
