Responsibilities

• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Operates cash register on a regular basis.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with product placement and inventory integrity.
