Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Manages store displays and signage, following resets and seasonal updates per guidelines.
• Oversees opening/closing, securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supervises daily activities of store associates to ensure performance and service.
• Supports onboarding and training on policies, products, and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with product placement and signage per guidelines.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity process execution.
