• Operates opening/closing procedures including cash handling, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring store operations, staff performance, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of associates, provides onboarding and ongoing training on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service; executes corporate market plan.
