Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store manager in Mansfield, OH to lead daily operations and customer service. You will oversee receiving, merchandising, and staff supervision while ensuring accuracy of promotions and inventory integrity.

The role includes opening/closing duties, cash control, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred college experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Manages displays, signage, and promotions per corporate resets.
• Runs opening/closing procedures, cash handling, alarms, and store readiness.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• D drives sales and controls expenses via merchandising and service excellence.
• Executes market plan with labels and promotional materials per guidelines.
