Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Cincinnati. You will oversee receiving, stock placement, and display setup while ensuring accurate promotions and team performance.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, cash handling, and acting as Manager on Duty when needed. Strong leadership, communication, and a proactive customer service approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Sets up displays and signage per corporate guidelines; handles resets and seasonal updates.
• Manages opening/closing operations, cash security, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
