Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and promotions per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and provides customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes market plan with signage, product placement, and inventory integrity.
