Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
• Ability to lead and train store associates.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts (days, evenings, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Set up and maintain displays, ensure accurate signage and promotional updates.
• Manage opening/closing duties including cash, locks, alarms, and daily operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty, leading operations, staff, and customer service.
• Supervise daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Execute the market plan with product layouts and updated promotional signage.
