Michaels in Kenosha, WI seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planograms, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing and timely promotions while maintaining a customer-ready store environment.

You will lead SOP adherence, provide MOD coverage, manage workload and staffing, and oversee in-stock optimization and Ship-from-Store processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs.
• Strong merchandising and inventory controls.
• Ability to manage workload and staff planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead and ensure SOP adherence and policy execution.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, and planogram sets.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and store leadership on shift.
• Manage in-stock, replenishment, and sales readiness.
• Execute pricing changes and Ship-from-Store processes.
• Coach and develop team members.
