Job summary

Michaels Lexington Park location seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment through workload planning and inventory management.

You will lead SOP adherence, provide MOD coverage, master in-stock optimization, and oversee planogram and backroom organization to support sales and shrink

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs.
• Strong focus on inventory accuracy, replenishment, and in-store standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising execution and planogram compliance.
• Manage truck processing, inventory routines, and pricing accuracy.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive promotions, signage, and customer-focused product placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTV/ASN processes, and stock movement.
• Train, coach, and develop store team members across departments.
