Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising execution and operational standards across the store. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual presentation to maintain a customer-ready environment.

You will lead with strong workload planning, pricing accuracy, and promotions, while coaching team members to uphold SOPs and asset protection policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience driving SOPs and policy adherence.
• Ability to lead store operations and visual standards.
• Experience with planograms and pricing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution to ensure in-stock, pricing integrity, and promotions.
• Provide MOD coverage and floor leadership to maintain customer-ready environment.
• Oversee truck unload, stock flow, and inventory accuracy to support sales.
• Manage Ship-from-Store and RTV/ASN processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Train and coach team members to uphold asset protection and store standards.
