Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution to maintain a customer-ready store environment.
• Provide MOD coverage, oversee truck execution, workload planning, and daily task prioritization.
• Manage Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO), planogram execution, and in-store presentation.
• Oversee inventory control, ad sets, price changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; partner on asset protection and shrink reduction.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company programs; maintain clean, safe, and compliant operations.
