Job summary

Michaels NWK-WAYNE is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution at our Wayne store. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotions.

You will also manage MOD coverage, supervise stock movement, and uphold customer-ready store conditions while coaching team members to meet company standards and shrink-reduction goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOP adherence and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store conditions and service standards.
• Lead throughput in truck unloading, stock movement, and replenishment accuracy.
